Community Bulletin Board
My friend Deanna has spent her whole life organizing community gatherings like art shows, punk rock aerobics classes, fundraisers, even snail mail exchanges!
She’s a very cool human and very creative lady and I’m so excited to be featured in her newest idea to bring small biz owners like me and you together!
A monthly community bulletin board!
Each month she does a roundup of a dozen-ish resources (some free, some reduced, all awesome) that’ll help you grow your business. I have something in this month’s community board, but I gotta tell you - there’s some REALLY cool resources over there, like:

Rewriter’s Collective
My friend Jessica Graham is a story narrative coach, helping people discover and honor the stories that are keeping you stuck, then rewriting those suckers into new stories.
Having a business is an accelerator for aaaallllll of the gunk that you don’t want to face, since now there’s no one to blame them on but yourself. Jessica is creating a space to work through those things, because you can’t rewrite a story you’re only thinking about. It has to be written out, said out loud, and heard by someone who gets it.
I’ve been going to Jessica’s events since she started them over a year and a half ago, and highly recommend checking out the Rewriter’s Collective. She has different themes for each month, so you’re guided through things instead of having no idea where to start and running away instead (not speaking from experience here. Not even a little.)
